Join us for a structured fitness program just for you! Classes led by Certified Personal Trainer Cameron Cudnohowski. Let Cam show you proper form and technique for lifting weights. Includes improvement in functional movement patterns used in sports.

TEEN WELLNESS ORIENTATIONS: (Ages 10-15)
To ensure safety and proper use of equipment, all youth using the 2nd-floor rooms must wear a wristband indicating they have completed an orientation. Wristbands are picked up at Member Services desk. Guests under the age of 16 will not be allowed in the weight room, cardio area or circuit room.
• Ages 10-12 can use the cardio and circuit rooms - with their parents - after an orientation with fitness staff.
• Ages 12-14 can use the Circuit Room - with their parents - after an orientation with fitness staff.
• Ages 13-15 can use the cardio and weight rooms on their own after an orientation with fitness staff.
• Group Exercise Classes: Ages 10-12 may attend group exercise classes with a parent. Ages 13+ may attend group exercise classes on their own.
