Young Athletes Performance Enhancement Program

 
Tuesdays/Thursdays 
6:00-7:00 pm
Join us for a structured fitness program just for you!  Classes led by Certified Personal Trainer Cameron Cudnohowski. Includes improvement in functional movement patterns used in sports. Each participant will receive sport-specific assignments. 
Ages: 12-15
 
FEES Y Members $30 • CP $40 (per session)
Registration for each session required at the front desk.
 

 

 

 

TEEN WELLNESS ORIENTATIONS: (Ages 10-15)

To ensure safety and proper use of equipment, all youth using the 2nd-floor rooms must wear a wristband indicating they have completed an orientation. Wristbands are picked up at Member Services desk. Guests under the age of 16 will not be allowed in the weight room, cardio area or circuit room. 
 
Ages 10-12 can use the cardio and circuit rooms - with their parents - after an orientation with fitness staff.
Ages 13-15 can use the cardio and weight rooms on their own after an orientation with fitness staff.
