TEEN WELLNESS ORIENTATIONS: (Ages 10-15)
To ensure safety and proper use of equipment, all youth using the 2nd-floor rooms must wear a wristband indicating they have completed an orientation. Wristbands are picked up at the member service desk.
• Ages 10-12 can use the cardio and circuit rooms with their parents after an orientation with fitness staff.
• Ages 13-15 can use the cardio and weight rooms on their own after an orientation with fitness staff.
COACH ME PROGRAM:
(Ages 16+) Are you a beginner when it comes to fitness? Want to get into shape but don’t know where to start? Our excellent coaching staff will provide you with knowledge and accountability, help you establish a habit of exercising, and encourage you, all in a friendly and non-intimidating way! Participants commit to 3 workouts a week and are introduced to cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility. Call (920) 262-8555 to set up an appointment!

BODY FAT TESTING:
Healthy Weight, Body Mass Index and Body Fat Composition are ways to measure your overall health & fitness level. It only takes a couple of minutes to find out what is normal for your age and height and what your current body fat percentage is.
