TRX Individual Program:

Get your own TRX program from a certified personal trainer who is specifically trained in TRX Suspension Training.
Fees: $35 Y members only.

You’ve heard the music playing in the fitness studio and you’ve seen other members doing it.  Now’s your chance to try it out! Our instructors will be leading an “intro class” to teach you the basics and help you get started. 
Les Mills BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. This full-body workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.
