Les Mills BodyPump:  

The original barbell class that uses squats, presses, lifts and curls to challenge all your major muscle groups and energizing music to help you get great results.



A yoga, tai chi, pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you centered and calm.

Les Mills CXWORX

This 30-minute class is choreographed to great music and uses tubes and weight plates to challenge your shoulders to hips and everything in between. 


B3 - Bosu, Bodyweight & Bells:

Use BOSU’s, Body weight & (Kettle)Bells to build strength and power in 45 minutes.


Hot Mammas:

Calling all moms who want to work as hard at the gym as they do at home.  Get ready for some serious weight training.  



A high-intensity endurance workout using martial arts and boxing techniques.



Rev up your metabolism with this complete training workout for all the major muscle groups using barbells, steps and more.

Running Boot Camp:

A high-intensity workout that includes body weight conditioning, sprints, agility and plyometric drills or endurance runs.


Tone & Sculpt:  

This non-impact workout uses a variety of tools to tone using light resistance or sculpt your entire body using heavier resistance - you choose!



A fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creating a dynamic fitness class.  


Zumba Tone:  

Dance intertwined with toning moves. Join the party!
