New This Year at the YMCA

The Watertown Area YMCA’s Health and Wellness Department will be offering several new programs and classes in 2015 to better serve Y members and meet the community’s needs.  “Chair to Champ”, a 10-week, beginner running program starts on Tuesday, January 6th.  The program’s goal is to help participants to be able to finish a 5k in March.
